Advertising Sales & Marketing Account Reps

Right Spirit Magazine, online magazines, National Convention, and our quarterly print magazine Right Spirit Magazine, is currently expanding their advertising sales divisions. Our current targeted advertiser areas span the US. We are currently seeking strong advertising marketing sales reps that are knowledgeable of advertising sales, online and magazine, and of course have unparalleled people skills. Nationally-distributed Business print and digital production magazine seeking advertising sales representative to start immediately. MUST HAVE a minimum of 6 years experience in successfully selling print and/or digital advertising B2B. Responsibilities include selling print and online advertising space to new accounts to meet required sales quotas. This position requires working from home as an independent contractor. Limited phone service and leads will be provided. Computer and office facilities will not be provided. Please do not apply for this position, if you do not have a minimum of 6 years advertising sales experience with proof of meeting or exceeding required sales quotas.
Position responsibilities & requirements include:
- One on one face to face sales interaction with existing and prospective customers
- All sales interactions will be in person, cold phone calls are not a requirement
- Set up appointments
- Capturing market data and customer feedback
- The ability to operate in a business development industry advertisement environment as well as an individual one
- Must have a laptop with Wi-Fi capabilities (we are a visual close)
- Maintain contact with design department
- Provide design department with content and images from the advertisers
- Maintain all the client contact information
- Ability to maintain deadlines in procurement of content and images from advertisers to our design teams, online and magazine.
Preferred Candidates
- Applicants with a background in sponsorship sales, advertising sales, online or magazine, with an existing client book with local, national and international advertisers.
- Self starters, consistent follow up
- Proof of meeting or exceeding required sales quotas (deal breaker)
- Prior experience with high sales
- The desire for high earning potential

- Target market examples: Dining & Restaurants, Lifestyle & living, Home improvement, Car Dealerships, Bridal ( Retailers, Designers, Planners, Service, Entertainment, Photography, Video, Jewelry, Cakes, Dental & Medical, Major Retailers, Airlines, Beauty Salons, Insurance, Services, Shopping, Major Electronics, Entertainment
