Terms of Use

 

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

 

By accessing, browsing, or using ChronTube™ Live Streaming Network (“ChronTube,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ChronTube regarding your access to and use of all services, features, content, applications, and functionality offered on or through the platform. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately discontinue use of the service. Continued use of ChronTube following any updates or modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. ChronTube reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, revise, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

 

2. Description of Service

 

ChronTube is a digital streaming platform designed to deliver live broadcasts, on-demand video content, curated media programming, cultural storytelling, news content, entertainment segments, and advertiser-supported media experiences. The platform may include but is not limited to live-streamed events, recorded video archives, interactive channels, sponsored programming, and third-party embedded media. We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify any feature of the service at any time without liability. ChronTube is intended for personal, non-commercial viewing unless explicitly authorized in writing. Commercial exploitation of content without permission is strictly prohibited.

 

3. User Accounts and Registration

 

To access certain features of ChronTube, you may be required to create a user account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at all times. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of your account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorized such activity.

ChronTube reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its sole discretion. We may also disable accounts suspected of fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

 

4. Subscription, Billing, and Payments

 

Certain portions of ChronTube may require paid subscriptions or one-time payments. By subscribing, you authorize ChronTube or its payment processors to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis, unless otherwise stated.

Subscription fees may be modified at any time. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

All payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of access to premium features.

 

5. Acceptable Use Policy

 

You agree to use ChronTube only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service.

Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to:

ChronTube reserves the right to investigate violations and take appropriate legal action when necessary.

6. Content Ownership and Intellectual Property

 

All content on ChronTube, including but not limited to video content, audio, graphics, logos, branding, design elements, software code, and user interface design, is owned by ChronTube or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or publicly perform any content from ChronTube without prior written consent.

Users may retain ownership of original content they upload; however, by submitting content to ChronTube, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, distribute, and promote such content within the platform and related services.

7. Advertisements and Sponsored Content

 

ChronTube may display advertisements, sponsored segments, promotional content, or third-party marketing materials in connection with video playback or platform usage.

Such advertisements may be targeted based on user behavior, viewing history, or demographic data, where permitted by law.

ChronTube does not endorse or guarantee any products, services, or claims made in advertisements. Responsibility for advertising content rests solely with the advertisers and sponsors.

8. Live Streaming Guidelines

 

ChronTube provides live streaming functionality for approved users and partners. All live streams must comply with applicable local, state, federal, and international laws.

Users are responsible for ensuring that no prohibited content is broadcast, including copyrighted material without authorization, harmful conduct, or illegal activity.

ChronTube reserves the right to monitor, restrict, interrupt, or terminate any live stream at any time, with or without notice, for violations of platform policies or technical requirements. Repeated violations may result in permanent account suspension.

 

9. Termination and Suspension

 

ChronTube may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or acted in a manner harmful to the platform or its users.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

We reserve the right to delete or retain user data in accordance with applicable laws and our internal policies.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

 

ChronTube is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChronTube shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

This includes but is not limited to loss of data, revenue, business opportunities, or personal information.

 

11. Privacy and Data Usage

 

Your use of ChronTube is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, store, process, and protect your personal information.

By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with that policy. We may use aggregated or anonymized data for analytics, platform improvements, and advertising optimization.

We take reasonable measures to protect user data but cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.
