Rebuilding Black Wall Street Globally

In this the 196th year since the Trail of Tears and the 105th year since the Black Wall Street Tulsa Massacre, we invite you to take your place in history by joining the Black Wall Street Movement as a global Supporting Member. Your membership is more than symbolic-it is a powerful act of solidarity and vision. When you Unlock your MemTrac Dashboard, you not only honor the legacy of those who came before us, but you also help shape the future by funding the creation of Black Wall Street Districts in communities around the world from Ghana to Paris.

These districts are being developed as thriving centers of Black-owned enterprise, community-based education, cultural preservation, and cooperative economics-each one a beacon of self-sufficiency and empowerment. They are designed to provide safe, supportive environments where Black entrepreneurs can launch and grow businesses, where families can access quality education rooted in cultural pride, and where arts, heritage, and innovation are celebrated. These Black Wall Street Districts are more than just geographic spaces-they are dynamic ecosystems that foster generational wealth, social uplift, and collective resilience.

Black Wall Street Chronicle:
Slavery Project 2026

America was built on the backs of enslaved Africans, and yet, in the 21st century, there is a growing political movement to obscure, distort, or altogether erase that truth. Across the country, lawmakers are removing books, restricting academic curricula, and banning discussions about race, slavery, and the brutal foundations of the American economic, legal, and political system. These efforts, often couched in the language of protecting children from "discomfort," are in fact deliberate acts of erasure-designed to suppress Black truth, silence historical memory, and shield white fragility at the expense of justice.

The BlackWallStreet.org Slavery Project exists to push back against this erasure with unrelenting clarity, radical transparency, and courageous education. This is a woke ]project, not because it is trendy or controversial, but because it is conscious. It is awake to the realities of American history and fully engaged in the urgent moral work of making truth visible.

Black Wall Street Minnesota:
Fighting For Justice

Black Wall Street Minnesota's 2026 Economic Justice Campaign is committed to transforming George Floyd Square into a beacon of economic empowerment, entrepreneurship, and community investment that serves as a model for cities across the United States. Guided by faith, justice, and the belief that economic opportunity is a fundamental civil right, our campaign is dedicated to expanding access to capital, resources, partnerships, technical assistance, and new markets for Black-owned businesses. We believe that thriving local businesses are the foundation of healthy neighborhoods, strong families, and prosperous communities. By investing in entrepreneurs and creating pathways for sustainable economic growth, we can reverse decades of disinvestment while restoring hope, opportunity, and ownership to historically underserved communities.

Black Wall Street Friars Point:
Rebuilding With Purpose

In the heart of Mississippi's Delta, Friars Point is emerging as a beacon of transformation-a community steadily redefining its narrative through authentic engagement, heritage reclamation, and visionary planning. At the forefront of this resurgence is the Friars Point Economic Development Association (FPEDA), founded by the Omicron Pi Foundation, and powered by a dedicated network of community leaders, partners, and residents. Meeting monthly via Zoom and in person, the FPEDA has evolved into a dynamic incubator where bold ideas are translated into actionable plans-restoring culture, revitalizing land, and reigniting the economic spirit that once fueled historic Black communities across America.

Melvin Brown, State Director of Black Wall Street Mississippi, spearheading much of this transformative progress, whose leadership has breathed new life into Friars Point's potential. Brown's work embodies the enduring principles of Black Wall Street-economic empowerment, cultural preservation, and unity through grassroots organizing.
